Privacy policy
This is a summary for orientation and is not the executed agreement. The binding terms are those in your signed Statement of Work. Have this document reviewed by counsel before relying on it.
- What we collect
- Information you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, company, indicated service and budget, and the content of your message. Where we host a platform for you, we also hold the data your platform stores — which belongs to you, not to us.
- Why we collect it
- Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the project. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list.
- Sharing
- We do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties. Where a project requires a third-party service — hosting, payments, email delivery — that is disclosed in the Statement of Work.
- Your platform data
- Data held in a platform we host is yours. You can request a full export in a standard format at any time, at no charge, including where an invoice is outstanding. We do not use it for marketing, for promotion, for training any system, or as a case study without your written permission. On termination it is returned to you and then deleted from our systems.
- Retention
- Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is commercially relevant, and deleted on request.
- Your rights
- Write to vikrambalai1002@gmail.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
- Analytics
- If analytics are enabled on this site, they are configured without cross-site tracking and without selling data to advertisers.
