RenderHaven Studio designs and builds digital platforms for businesses that need the thing to work, be affordable, and still belong to them afterwards.
Most small businesses get one of two bad deals. Either they buy a template that cannot do the one thing their business actually needs, or they commission a custom build whose price doubles somewhere around week five and whose code they never see.
We built this studio around the middle path. Work is scoped in writing before anyone quotes, and the quote is a fixed number for that scope. Then you choose who looks after the result: take the code and run it yourself, or let us host and maintain it and keep 30% of the build price. We would rather run a platform for three years than sell it once — which is why the discount exists and why it is that large.
That arrangement only works if leaving it is easy, so we made the exits structural. Your database is yours from day one whichever route you take. The price of buying the code out is published before you sign rather than negotiated after you ask. And your data is never ours to market with, train on, or write up.
The catalogue is deliberately granular for the same reason. The rungs on the commerce ladder exist so we can tell you that the third one is enough, and still have something to sell you in two years when it isn't.
The mark
Three panes in depth, the nearest one resolved into a point. Read back to front it is a stack of layers; read as one object it is a cursor. Both readings are correct, and both belong to the work.

Scope before invoice
Every engagement starts with a written brief and a number. You approve a fixed scope at a fixed price — no discovery billed by the hour, no surprise change orders halfway through.
We would rather run it than sell it
Let us host and maintain the platform and 30% comes off the build, because the recurring relationship pays for it. The code stays with us while we run it — and you can take it whenever you like by repaying what the discount saved you. Your database is yours from day one either way.
Build the tier you need
A landing page, a catalog site and a full commerce platform are different products, not one product at three discounts. We quote the tier that fits, and tell you when the cheaper one is enough.
Honest about the ceiling
If a Shopify setup solves your problem for a tenth of a custom build, we will say so and set it up for you. Consulting is a service here, not a funnel.
